SMOK3 is a clipping app that needed to stand out in a crowded space. We developed a character named Ember as the mascot — the face of the brand that would anchor all launch content and give the app a personality beyond its feature set.
We created Ember as the through-line across all campaign content, then produced three launch videos that used the character to introduce the app, demonstrate key features, and build community anticipation. Each video was designed to be the most interesting thing in someone's feed — vibrant, high-energy, and distinctly SMOK3.
The three launch videos for SMOK3 drove over 600,000 views combined. Ember became the recognizable face of the brand — giving the app a personality that set it apart from every other clipping tool in the space.
