The Challenge
Why SaaS video is broken
SaaS companies spend millions on product but treat video like an afterthought. The result: a sea of identical explainer videos that all look like they were made by the same Fiverr seller in 2019.
- Every SaaS video looks the same. Blue gradients, floating UI mockups, the same upbeat royalty-free track. Your product is different from your competitors' but your video is indistinguishable from theirs.
- Complex products are hard to explain visually. You can't just screen-record your way to clarity. Workflows, integrations, abstract concepts like "automation" or "intelligence" need creative visual thinking to actually land.
- Launch windows are unforgiving. You get one shot at a Product Hunt launch, a funding announcement, or a major feature drop. The video needs to be ready, it needs to be sharp, and there's no second chance at a first impression.
- Content needs span too many formats. A single launch video isn't enough. You need social cuts, demo walkthroughs, onboarding sequences, ad creatives, and investor content. Most teams can't produce all of this consistently.
- Internal teams don't have production bandwidth. Your marketing team is already running campaigns, writing copy, and managing events. Asking them to also produce high-quality video is a recipe for burnout and mediocre output.
What We Build
Video formats built for SaaS growth
We don't make generic explainers. Every format is designed around how SaaS companies actually acquire, activate, and retain users.
- Launch Videos — product announcements that make people stop scrolling and actually watch
- Product Demos — guided walkthroughs that show, not just tell, what your product does
- Onboarding Content — visual sequences that reduce time-to-value and cut support tickets
- Social Ad Creatives — short-form content built for paid acquisition on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Feature Announcements — ongoing content that keeps your existing users engaged with new releases
- Investor & Pitch Content — visual storytelling that makes the fundraise deck actually compelling
