Chip Sterling is a mascot we developed for an AI agent content creator management app. The goal was to create a character that could highlight the day-to-day pain points creators face — but in an entertaining, shareable way that didn't feel like marketing.
We developed over 20 animated videos of Chip highlighting creator pain points — each one designed to feel like entertainment first, marketing second. The character had a backstory, recurring jokes, and a visual style that made every video instantly recognizable in the feed.
We didn't stop at social content. We built a 3D interactive landing page where visitors could actually talk to Chip in real time — a lead magnet that felt like an experience, not a form. We also set up an AI-powered 3D livestreaming avatar on TikTok where Chip talks, dances, and reacts to viewers live.
A single Chip Sterling video hit over 3 million views. Total views across the account exceeded 4 million. The character-driven content drove over 30,000 visits to the app website in two months — proving that a well-built character universe is a more effective growth engine than traditional paid ads.
