Overview
Ember is the narrative thread that binds the multiverse of SMOK3 — a digital character designed to unify creators, games, and campaigns into a single, living story. In a world where creators jump between game titles and brand worlds, Ember made SMOK3 feel like home — a trusted guide threading lore through every mission.
Our Role
We created Ember to be more than a mascot — he’s a lore-weaver. From concept art to voice, backstory to in-world appearances, Ember connects every creator campaign across SMOK3’s ecosystem. He anchors events, drops, and community moments across multiple game worlds while reinforcing SMOK3’s role as the invisible hand behind the scenes.
Problem
SMOK3 had a fragmented UX - we unified it with Ember.
Gaming creators are scattered across titles, timelines, and tokens. With so many fragmented campaigns, there was no cohesive story or central figure tying it all together. Without narrative glue, creators struggled to feel emotionally connected to the platform — and fans missed the chance to immerse themselves deeper.
Solution
Enter Ember: the unifying champion of games.
Ember gave SMOK3 a unifying mythos. He helped turn transactional campaigns into immersive quests, each one part of a larger story. By embodying the spirit of the creator-agent alliance, Ember became a bridge between game universes, creator journeys, and SMOK3’s core tech — sparking deeper engagement, community loyalty, and world-class retention.
