The Angle

Nicholas built a Warcraft-themed AI agent dashboard with 6 autonomous agents over 100+ hours. Architect.new claims it can orchestrate multi-agent systems from a single prompt.

The reel is him testing that claim by building something real — an AI consultancy workflow for boring local businesses — and reacting honestly.

Setup: I did the hard thing manually. Now there's a tool that automates it.
Demo: Let me test it with a real use case — an AI consultancy for boring businesses in my town.
Payoff: Honest reaction. It actually works. I'm impressed (and a little annoyed).

Shot by Shot

01

The Hook

0:00 – 0:05

Talking head, direct to camera. Fast energy. Quick flash of the agent dashboard on the monitor behind you to sell the '100 hours' claim. Cut on 'a few minutes.'

Type Talking Head
Voiceover "It took me 100 hours to get AI agents to run my business. Now Architect can do it in a few minutes."
Notes This is the scroll-stopper. Deliver the line fast, confident, slightly incredulous. The '100 hours' is the pattern interrupt — specific enough to feel real.
02

The Premise

0:05 – 0:15

Talking head with a smile/smirk. 'Boring businesses' should land with dry humor. Cut to typing in the Architect URL. Screen shows the app loading.

Type Talking Head
Voiceover "I'm launching a new AI consultancy for boring businesses in my town. Let's see if Architect can handle the marketing and sales."
Notes 'Boring businesses in my town' is the relatable hook inside the hook. Everyone knows these businesses. The idea of an AI consultancy for them is funny and intriguing.
03

Architect Overview

0:15 – 0:25

Screen recording — show the Architect interface. Hover over Guided mode, then One Shot mode. Clean, quick tour. Don't linger.

Type Screen Recording
Voiceover "So Architect has two modes. Guided mode walks you through everything step by step so you actually understand what it's building. One Shot mode just... sends it."
Notes 'So you actually understand what it's building' differentiates from blind vibe-coding. The pause before 'sends it' is the comedy beat.
04

Building: Local Business Scraper

0:25 – 0:40

Split screen — you on the left (small, talking), Architect screen on the right (large). Show typing the prompt, Architect generating the scraper workflow. Speed up generation with a subtle time-lapse.

Type Split Screen
Voiceover "First I need a workflow that scrapes local businesses. Restaurants, dentists, plumbers — anyone who could use a website that doesn't look like it was built in 2004."
Notes The '2004' line is the comedy. Show real results appearing — actual business names/data if possible. Audiences love seeing real outputs.
05

Building: Outreach + Follow-Up Emails

0:40 – 0:55

Continue split screen. Show Architect building the email outreach workflow — agents appearing, connecting, orchestrating. Zoom in on the agent coordination view. Highlight the multi-agent aspect.

Type Split Screen
Voiceover "Now it needs to send outreach emails and follow-ups. And here's where it gets interesting — these agents aren't just chatbots. They actually coordinate with each other and take actions toward the goal."
Notes 'They actually coordinate with each other' is the key differentiator line. Let it breathe. This is what separates Architect from every other AI tool.
06

Building: Call Booking + Ad Creative

0:55 – 1:10

Split screen, faster cuts now. Show the call booking workflow, then ad creative generation. Quick montage energy — the pace should communicate 'this is fast.' End with a wide shot of the full system architecture.

Type Split Screen
Voiceover "Last piece — booking calls automatically and generating ad creative. Maybe some Remotion for the video ads. In like... 10 minutes we have a full sales pipeline from scraping to close."
Notes 'In like... 10 minutes' — delivery is casual, slightly amazed. The wide shot of the full system is the money shot. Let viewers see the scale.
07

The Honest Reaction

1:10 – 1:20

Back to talking head. Lean back from the screen. Genuine reaction — half-annoyed, half-impressed. This should feel real, not rehearsed. The comedy is in the delivery.

Type Talking Head
Voiceover "Am I mad I wasted 100 hours? A little. Is it fire? Yeah it's fire."
Notes This is the most important moment of the reel. If this reaction feels authentic, the whole video works. If it feels scripted, it doesn't. Be yourself.
08

Call to Action

1:20 – 1:30

Talking head with text overlay showing the code. @architect.new tag visible. Keep it quick — 5 seconds max. Don't oversell. The demo already did the work.

Type CTA Overlay
Voiceover "Grab my code in the caption to try it yourself."
Notes 'Paid partnership' disclosure must be visible (Instagram's built-in collab label). Unique creator code in caption. Tag @architect.new.

Editing & Audio Notes

Editing Style

Fast cuts in demo sections. Split screen (you + screen recording) for all build scenes. Subtle zoom-ins on key UI moments. Time-lapse any slow generation. Match reference reel energy — demo-forward, not overly produced.

Audio

Trending reel audio OR lo-fi tech beat (non-distracting). Voiceover is the primary audio layer. Subtle keyboard typing sounds during screen recordings. Quick 'whoosh' transitions between scenes.

What to Actually Build

Local business scraper (Google Maps or similar), cold email outreach agent (personalized per business), follow-up sequence agent (3-touch drip), call booking agent (Calendly or similar), ad creative generation (Remotion or similar). Show the full pipeline view at the end.
