The Angle
Nicholas built a Warcraft-themed AI agent dashboard with 6 autonomous agents over 100+ hours. Architect.new claims it can orchestrate multi-agent systems from a single prompt.
The reel is him testing that claim by building something real — an AI consultancy workflow for boring local businesses — and reacting honestly.
Setup: I did the hard thing manually. Now there's a tool that automates it.
Demo: Let me test it with a real use case — an AI consultancy for boring businesses in my town.
Payoff: Honest reaction. It actually works. I'm impressed (and a little annoyed).
Script
Shot by Shot
The Hook
0:00 – 0:05Talking head, direct to camera. Fast energy. Quick flash of the agent dashboard on the monitor behind you to sell the '100 hours' claim. Cut on 'a few minutes.'
The Premise
0:05 – 0:15Talking head with a smile/smirk. 'Boring businesses' should land with dry humor. Cut to typing in the Architect URL. Screen shows the app loading.
Architect Overview
0:15 – 0:25Screen recording — show the Architect interface. Hover over Guided mode, then One Shot mode. Clean, quick tour. Don't linger.
Building: Local Business Scraper
0:25 – 0:40Split screen — you on the left (small, talking), Architect screen on the right (large). Show typing the prompt, Architect generating the scraper workflow. Speed up generation with a subtle time-lapse.
Building: Outreach + Follow-Up Emails
0:40 – 0:55Continue split screen. Show Architect building the email outreach workflow — agents appearing, connecting, orchestrating. Zoom in on the agent coordination view. Highlight the multi-agent aspect.
Building: Call Booking + Ad Creative
0:55 – 1:10Split screen, faster cuts now. Show the call booking workflow, then ad creative generation. Quick montage energy — the pace should communicate 'this is fast.' End with a wide shot of the full system architecture.
The Honest Reaction
1:10 – 1:20Back to talking head. Lean back from the screen. Genuine reaction — half-annoyed, half-impressed. This should feel real, not rehearsed. The comedy is in the delivery.
Call to Action
1:20 – 1:30Talking head with text overlay showing the code. @architect.new tag visible. Keep it quick — 5 seconds max. Don't oversell. The demo already did the work.
Production
Editing & Audio Notes
Editing Style
Fast cuts in demo sections. Split screen (you + screen recording) for all build scenes. Subtle zoom-ins on key UI moments. Time-lapse any slow generation. Match reference reel energy — demo-forward, not overly produced.
Audio
Trending reel audio OR lo-fi tech beat (non-distracting). Voiceover is the primary audio layer. Subtle keyboard typing sounds during screen recordings. Quick 'whoosh' transitions between scenes.
What to Actually Build
Local business scraper (Google Maps or similar), cold email outreach agent (personalized per business), follow-up sequence agent (3-touch drip), call booking agent (Calendly or similar), ad creative generation (Remotion or similar). Show the full pipeline view at the end.
